Frequently asked questions
How does the AI highlight detection work?
Our AI analyzes your match footage frame-by-frame to identify key volleyball plays — spikes, blocks, digs, and serves — then automatically assembles them into a polished highlight reel.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to the Free tier.
What video formats are supported?
We accept MP4, MOV, and AVI files. For best results, upload footage shot at 30fps or higher with stable framing.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — new accounts get a 7-day Pro trial with no credit card required. You'll be moved to the Free plan automatically if you don't upgrade.
